Returns & Delivery
Exchanges and returns must be received by us within 14 days of your delivery date, with effect from the first attempted delivery date. Upon receipt of your goods back to us, you will receive an immediate acknowledgement of this.
All refunds will be issued within 5 working days upon receipt by Style it Big.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, unworn, unwashed, free of markings and smells with tags securely attached.
Style it Big reserve the right to refuse garments if they are not received in their original condition, ie. signs of wear, make-up markings or tampering to cause damage.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a free returns service. Please use a traceable service for your protection.
Please note: SALE items are non-returnable for exchange or refunds.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
We will make every attempt to accommodate this. Please email our customer service team at info@styleitbig.com to request a cancellation or delivery address change. Amendments and cancellations cannot be guaranteed. We will respond via email to confirm if your request has been successful.
Please review your order prior to submission. Amendments cannot be made for incorrect size requests. However, you will be able to cancel your order and place a new order if this should occur.
Returning Items
Your package will contain an order invoice. Please use this order invoice, should you wish to return your item(s).
A printed Returns label is provided for your convenience. Please ensure you cover your own address for returns directly to us.
